FOUNDER:

Titanium Legal was founded by Roné Scott in 2014. Roné holds BA LLB degrees from the University of Stellenbosch, is an admitted advocate of the High Court of South Africa, a CEDR internationally accredited Mediator and Corporate Counsel to the Exceed Group. She has 20 years experience in the commercial financial sector, state owned companies, insurance industry and unionised environment.

SERVICES AND CLIENTS:

We provides cradle to grave services from registration of business, MOI, commercial agreements pertaining to the business and its stakeholders (e.g. shareholders’ agreements, sale of shares, buyback agreements, business sale agreements, deal structuring), corporate governance, compliance, risk management, HR/IR policies and services, trusts and wills.

Our current client base is found in South Africa, Italy, Eritrea, United Kingdom, USA and Namibia. TCC operates in e.g. the green energy, construction, marketing and branding, software development, financial products, retail and hospitality industries.
